Episode_153 I am officially off of "Child Support" and I am so happy and know now to NEVER deal with the corrupt "Family" courts again.

How sweet it is to be off dumb "Child Support" I filled out a form on the "Child Support" website because they do not have an email address for questions. You have to fill out a form and submit it, then when they get back to the office, they will send you a response from a "NOREPLY" address. But they will arrest you at any time. They will suspend a driver's license or a professional license with the quickness too at any time. Let's say you are a realtor, the title company will stop you from getting paid based on that. Let's say you are a surgeon with a "Child Support" suspended medical license, insurance companies will not pay if a license is suspended, is that the fault of the patient, no it is not, does "Child Support" care about that at all nope they do not. "Child Support" makes lives miserable, and they get paid heavily for it too. So if they have an opportunity to make money they do it. So I only set up a hearing to terminate at their suggestion. I just do what they say until they stop telling me what to do. So a couple of days before the hearing, I sent an email to the judge's assistant. She replied to me and the mother that this hearing has been canceled. She did not say in that email why it was canceled just that it was canceled. So I set this hearing up in 2024, I sent a notice of hearing to the mother via the remote court filing tool. For some stupid reason, she canceled that hearing that I had been waiting for over 2 months. So I sent her email that she could have told me that months ago and we could have fixed this then, but she chose to ignore me. She sent me a couple new proposed dates that were in April 2025. I emailed her and advised her that in addition to her causing me huge problem, the "family" court system and the "Child Support" system are now losing money on this case and the cancellation of that hearing is costing everyone a lot now. The next email I got back was her telling me the FL dor has entered a line in the case docket, so my case is now closed completely. I replied to that email and copied the mother on it advising that my case with the American "Child Support" system is now officially closed, and I am so happy! Just to let everyone know that hearing that she canceled would have been charged to the client of an attorney and never returned. Also, I noticed that comment from the FL DOR last week but the judges assistant now had the motivation to actually look. They do this all the time, they do not care about the parents at all.
