Episode 167 the father telliing you not to have children

Sean

I am still battling a medical problem, and I still do not know what it is or the cause of it. I have a Doctor Appointment on 06/17/2025 perhaps I will get some answers from that appointment.I am just going to read off of this document and add some things in there.

Today, I want to talk about what it is like to have children. It is a very hard thing to do. There is a lot going on in the world today, and as a parent you are going to be asked by your child about events in the world that you yourself do not understand. You as a parent will have to answer any and all question asked to you, and you will be required to know the answers, and they need to be correct because most likely your child is going to repeat that to a single or multiple people. Also, there are going to be times where you and the child’s mother or teacher or some other adult is going to answer that very same question differently, and then you are going to have to explain the different answer to your child. Raising a child is a very hard thing to do. We will not even talk about the multiple diseases that attack children. All the way around we can very plainly look and see that raising a child is a very hard thing to do. Parents do it anyway. Why? Because a lot of people think that it will be like it was when they grew up. It was also very hard then, but it is way harder now. These kids can cut off their genitals by law in some states in the U.S. without their parents consent. That is a permanent change and should never be allowed until the child is an adult. All of that can be avoided, if the parents just plan ahead. Having and raising children is a huge decision to make. If I were young and thinking of having children, I would read this article, and listen to this podcast and change my mind based on this article alone. I am a “finish line” father and looking back after raising a son, there is no way I would ever do it again. Knowing what I know now, I would not have ever done it in the first place. That is significant. If you can find someone that has done before what you intend to do, I would listen to that person’s every word. I would listen to exactly what they say, and take their advice to heart. I am telling you prospective parents, DO NOT HAVE CHILDREN! You open yourself up to a lifetime of struggle. You will get through it probably, but life will eat you alive in the process.
